Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact within 48 hours. You can cancel or reschedule online or by phone. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of an appointment will receive a full refund, unless you are rescheduling. However, if you do not cancel prior to 48 hours, you will lose your payment.
