Living Life in Alignment

This week was the start of the Spiritual Development Group. A 10 week journey into removing the blocks that prevent you from truly connecting and trusting your connection. This is an exciting new adventure for me too, as I really wanted to run a group that would help that connection to get stronger as well as holding space for healing to happen.

So often the reason you don't want to trust your guidance is hidden in the subconscious beliefs that you hold. This week we saw that in the programs that were cleared.

Limiting beliefs around being under threat and hiding emotions crept in. A very strong, rigid energy where self-expression was not permitted. Creativity being blocked because that would mean being connected with your passion and divine feminine energies. Frequencies of Fear and Self-doubt, reinforcing that the messages that the divine sends are not listened to.

Along the way we encountered the energy cords and hooks that were connected to promises and commitments, the frequency of being let down. Cords are the connections to other people's frequencies. They occur when others (or yourself) are thinking or talking about each other and connect into each other. It is a strong connection that can affect how you behave. Imagine it as a rope that joins two souls together. The frequency is running up and down that rope and reinforcing the frequency. In this case, the frequency of being let down was stopping the trust in the connection to spirit. Therefore, being able to trust your spiritual gifts, connection and signs would be very difficult as they would not feel congruent with what you are being shown in your reality.

Some 'A-Ha' moments were already playing out for the members of the group. This is what one of the lovely ladies had to say about her realisations:

"Thank you so much for today, I feel lighter already. All that was coming through was connected to school being strict, especially primary. I couldn't express myself. As a child I had such an imagination but it was frowned upon and the punishment in those days was physical.

The other thing that came up for me was that God is Love whatever faith you are and at the hospice environment where I spend a lot of time, I have encountered all faiths and embraced whatever gives a person comfort. I got quite emotional but also felt a sense of peace which allowed me then to connect with some special people in spirit, one of whom was my dog, Tilly, who jumped into my arms and almost clung on to me. I never thought I would see an animal appear.

Archangel Michael was also very prominent today and I felt him behind me. My message was to be at peace and when I left the group, I went to see my mum who reached out and asked me to bring her some peace. Very poignant and another confirmation of the message that I received during the Clearing."

This was such a beautiful confirmation for me, that when you truly release blocks, the doors to the spirit world open and spending the time in that meditative space brings clearer messages.

This journey is about trusting the process, releasing the blocks and allowing yourself to enjoy and embrace spiritual connection.
