There is also a new FREE Group on Facebook, 'How to Realign After a Relationship Break-Up'. My hope is that this group will help by giving you practical tips and tools to help you with your everyday energy and overcome any struggles that you are facing. This group is intended to be a safe space where, I hope, you will share your thoughts and feelings.
Every other Wednesday or Thursday in this new Group, I will make a Live video and talk about various aspects of post relationship break-ups and offer practical and intuitive advice and tools to assist with the different issues. I would love it if you could join me. Interaction is encouraged, as it makes the group dynamic much more interesting and, by sharing, you never know who else you may be helping.

Full Moon and New Moon Ceremonies
Around the Full and New Moon we gather together to allow ourselves to relax, connect, receive and realign. I am blessed to channel the beautiful sounds/vibrations of the Arcturian Angels to realign our chakras and clear any blocks. We are then taken on a guided meditation to either manifest under the New Moon or release under the Full Moon energies.
